My story

I spent ten years running NDIS businesses: the rosters, the audits, the policies, the 2am incident reports. I went on to consult for providers on quality and compliance, and that work is still part of Cloudy Consulting today.

Disability is not an abstract market to me. I built ByStorm Beauty, my accessible beauty brand, around accessibility from day one, and I spent a decade inside the system that supports people with disability. When I say the hours AI saves should go back to participants, that is not a marketing line. It is the point.

Because I still run ByStorm, I also live the retail and e-commerce problems my clients bring me: content, customer service, operations, reporting, all with a small team.

When AI became genuinely useful, I did what operators do: put it to work in my own businesses first. Every system Cloudy Consulting builds for clients is one I run on myself, every day.
