Questions, answered straight

If your question is not here, bring it to the free call. You will get the same honesty either way.

Is our data safe in AI tools?

Set up properly, yes. We configure paid, business-grade AI where your data is not used to train models, and we write guardrails for what never goes in. Free consumer tools are where the danger lives, which is exactly why unmanaged staff use of them is a risk worth fixing.

What about participant data specifically? We are an NDIS provider.

Participant personal information does not go into AI tools in our setups. De-identification is built into the workflows, and the internal policy we write makes the rules explicit for every staff member. This is the same standard the Commission set out for AI use in behaviour support plans, which we apply across everything we build, not just where it is technically required. See our NDIS page for detail.

Will our staff actually use it?

This is the problem our whole model exists to solve. Each role gets its own project that already knows their job, so there is no blank-chatbot moment. Then we train people on their real tasks. Adoption is designed in, not hoped for.

Why Claude and not ChatGPT or Copilot?

We build on Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic, because its projects, knowledge bases and skills let us shape AI around each role in your business, which is the heart of our method. The thinking transfers to other tools, and the Consult is honest about what fits your situation, but our deepest implementation expertise is Claude.

What does an engagement cost?

Every engagement is fixed-scope with the price agreed before we start. The Consult is a short, smaller engagement. Implementations are priced like the consulting engagements you already know, sized to the number of roles. You will get real numbers on the first call.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on the number of roles and the state of your documentation, and we give you a real timeline in the Consult. What we do not do is disappear for six months. The build is delivered in working stages your team can start using.

Do we need new software?

No. The implementation lives in Claude and works alongside your existing systems. Nothing gets replaced, and there is no custom software to maintain.

We are not an NDIS provider. Is Cloudy still right for us?

Yes. The NDIS is our deepest specialty, and that compliance discipline makes our work safer for every industry. Storm also runs her own retail brand, so product and consumer businesses are home ground too.

Will AI replace our staff?

Not in our implementations, and we would not build it if that were the goal. AI does the heavy lifting on documents and admin so your people can do the human parts of their jobs. A person stays accountable for every output.

What if it does not stick?

Every implementation includes training, a support period and role playbooks, because software that nobody uses is our failure, not yours. If something is rough, we tune it while we are still on the job.
